An associate's degree in a computer-related field is required, with a preference for previous teaching experience or three years of professional experience. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to student success and possess strong organizational and technical skills.
Adjunct Computer Maintenance/Cybersecurity/Cloud Computing Professor This position will have primary responsibility for instructing face-to-face and online classes in the subject of Computer Science following the academic standards of Grayson College. This position works to ensure that students reach learning outcomes. Availability to teach on the Main Campus in Denison, Texas is preferred.
The salary for this position is $700/per credit hour.
75% Teaches no more than 9 credit hours per semester. 10% Works as a team member in the Computer Maintenance/Cyber/Cloud Department; complies with all faculty responsibilities as outlined in college policies and procedures. 10% Contributes to campus assessment process by measuring and reporting student learning outcomes as directed to meet THECB Core Objectives and SACSCOC requirements. 5% Performs other duties as assigned by the Dean, Associate Dean, or Department Chair.
