Requirements

Previous coaching experience or playing experience at a competitive level. Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and game strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Passion for soccer and a commitment to player development. Background check clearance prior to employment.
