The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans using the Balanced Learning curriculum. They must support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children while maintaining positive relationships with families.
Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is required. Preferred qualifications include a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood education.

As we continue to expand our enrollment and classrooms, we are currently hiring for both a Lead Preschool Teacher and a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Position: Lead Preschool and Pre-K Teacher
As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a nurturing and engaging classroom where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. You'll work alongside a supportive leadership team and utilize Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum to provide exceptional educational experiences every day.
