Must be a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or NSCA) and CPR/AED certified. Requires experience working with youth, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Lead fun, age-appropriate fitness sessions for children and teens (ages 5–17) Design creative programs that build strength, coordination, and confidence Motivate and encourage participants with positive coaching and high energy Adapt workouts to different ages, abilities, and group sizes Maintain client communication, conduct Reassessments, and track progress in the GYMGUYZ App Ensure safety and proper exercise form in every session Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction What You Bring
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) CPR/AED certified (required) Experience working with youth in fitness, sports, or education Energetic, patient, and skilled at connecting with kids and teens Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to lift and transport light equipment for sessions Bonus Points For: Youth Exercise Specialist or Youth Fitness certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, or IYCA) Experience in youth athletic development or group training Why GYMGUYZ
