Speech-Language Pathologist – Preschool (FMLA Coverage) About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time FMLA coverage position supporting preschool students in a highly supportive school district in Odessa, Delaware.

This district is known for its collaborative culture, strong clinical resources, and commitment to helping both students and clinicians succeed.

Salary Range

$60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience) Work Setting: Onsite Position Type: FMLA Coverage What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to preschool-aged students Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans Support students with speech, language, social communication, and early communication development needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Caseload Details Typical preschool caseloads range from 50–60 students (approximately 10–12 students per day) Specialized program caseloads typically range from 30–35 students (approximately 6–7 students per day) Shared office space provided Duty-free lunch included

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License required Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work onsite throughout the duration of the assignment Please note: Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not being considered for this position. Requirements
