• Setting: Onsite Position Overview The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will provide services to a blended caseload of approximately 45 students with a variety of communication needs. This role includes direct therapy, evaluations, IEP participation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and achievement. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy the variety of supporting students at different developmental stages while maintaining a manageable caseload and strong support system.

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to kindergarten and middle school students Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute to eligibility and service recommendations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Support students with speech, language, social communication, fluency, and pragmatic language needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Maintain compliant and accurate documentation Partner with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes Caseload Information Approximately 45 students Traditional blended caseload Students with a variety of communication disorders and support needs Shared office space provided Duty-free lunch included

Qualifications
