We are looking for individuals who can use their creativity and Goddard’s learning-through-play program as a basis for unique lesson plans that are brought to life in a fun and imaginative way, to instill a life-long love of learning! We are looking for someone who is patient, courteous, and professional with children, parents and co-workers.

Lead teacher responsibilities include

• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
• Planning and implementing project-based lesson plans that match student’s development needs and interests.
• Interacting with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Establishing positive communications with the parents.
• Performing observations to be documented in each child's portfolio and assessments as needed.
