Lead daily classroom activities and implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children. Maintain a safe, organized environment and communicate regularly with families regarding child progress.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children. A CDA, ECE coursework, or an Early Childhood Education degree is preferred along with meeting New Jersey state licensing requirements.
