The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team of early childhood educators. Our preschool classrooms provide a warm, engaging environment where children build school readiness skills through hands-on learning, exploration, and play.
We are looking for an EEC Preschool Certified Teacher who is passionate about helping young learners develop confidence, curiosity, and independence.
Lead the preschool classroom and maintain a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Implement The Learning Experience’s play-based curriculum to support social, emotional, and academic growth.
Foster strong partnerships with families through daily communication and progress updates.
Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to uphold high-quality teaching standards.
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations for preschool classrooms.
Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting (1+ year preferred).
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
