ECE certification (required) in Massachusetts. Minimum 6 months of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers (1+ year preferred). Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
