The Learning Experience – Natick is hiring a Flexible Floater Teacher to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working with different age groups throughout the day.
Our floaters play a vital role in keeping classrooms running smoothly while providing consistent, nurturing care to our children.
What You’ll Do: Step into infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed
Support Lead Teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions
Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments
Engage children through play-based learning, music, art, and hands-on activities
Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom organization
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing guidelines
What We’re Looking For: Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or childcare center required
High school diploma or GED required
EEC certification or Early Childhood coursework strongly preferred
Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
