The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a certified Preschool Teachers to support children as they build confidence, independence, and early academic foundations in preparation for kindergarten.

This is a great opportunity to join a founding teaching team and help shape a high-quality preschool program from the start.

Key Responsibilities

Implement structured learning activities supporting school readiness Promote early literacy, math reasoning, and social-emotional growth Guide children through learning centers and group instruction Maintain classroom routines and organization Partner with families through consistent communication Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required Prior preschool classroom experience preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice Collaborative and dependable teaching approach
