Preschool Teacher – Prepare Children for Kindergarten Success
The Learning Experience – Worcester is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to inspire young learners through engaging, play-based education. If you're passionate about helping children develop the academic, social, and emotional skills they need for kindergarten, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Using our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, you'll create meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence every day.
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging preschool lessons that promote kindergarten readiness
Support children's literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development
Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
Observe children's progress and communicate regularly with families
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to maintain high-quality programming
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and all health and safety standards
Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required: Previous preschool teaching experience preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for early childhood education and child development
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
$22.00 per hour
