About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and flexible Childcare Teacher – Full-Time Support to assist across our early childhood education center. This role supports daily classroom operations, helps maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, and provides coverage where needed throughout the day.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced early learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching staff with daily classroom activities and routines.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and transitions.
• Provide classroom coverage and support where needed.
• Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup.
• Help ensure smooth daily operations across the center.
• Support teachers with end-of-day organization and cleanup as needed.
• Maintain positive communication with staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Flexible and able to assist in different classroom environments as needed.
• Reliable, patient, and supportive when working with children.
• Preferred Skills

Experience in a childcare center, preschool, or early learning environment. Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning. Ability to support structured routines and classroom transitions. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
