Job Description

Primary Duties Teaching & Instruction Deliver on‑campus instruction in classroom, simulation, skills lab, and clinical settings. Prepare learning materials, evaluate students, assign grades. Revise course materials as needed. Mentor part‑time faculty, clinical instructors, or teaching assistants. Participate in curriculum development and program improvement. Student Support & Service Provide advising, office hours, and mentoring. Participate in committees and school initiatives. Support recruitment and outreach activities. Ancillary Duties Attend ceremonies, recruitment events, and professional development activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's of Science in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with Doctoral degree in Nursing Unrestricted RN license in Colorado or eligibility for compact licensure. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of social determinants of health. Teaching experience in didactic, clinical, simulation, or skills-based instruction.

Preferred Qualifications

Earned doctorate in Nursing or related field (Ph.D., DNP, or Ed.D.), not honorary Clinical practice background in specialty areas. Experience teaching BSN or graduate nursing students.
