At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. We seek a passionate, dedicated, Experienced Toddler/ Two Year Old Teacher to join our team. (Preferably with potty training experience. )
Foster a loving and safe classroom where toddlers (ages 1–2 years) can explore, learn, and grow.
Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support physical, social, and cognitive milestones.
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early language, motor skills, and curiosity.
Maintain strong communication with families through daily reports and progress updates.
Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a fun, organized, and positive classroom experience.
A passion for early childhood education and helping toddlers discover the world around them.
Experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool environment preferred.
Strong teamwork, communication, and classroom management skills.
Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Toddler Teachers, including required training and background checks.
