In Texas, infant teacher roles are commonly driven by ongoing childcare staffing needs, especially in centers serving working families. These positions are competitive because employers often prefer candidates with infant experience, an early childhood credential, and current CPR/First Aid, while benefits like health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) can strengthen offers.
