Summer Babysitter (Part-Time)

$30/hour | Flexible Weekday Shifts | W-2 Position Jovie is currently hiring warm, responsible, and engaging part-time babysitters to support families throughout Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland. This position is ideal for caregivers looking for 4-hour shifts, typically Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to set your own schedule or pick up open jobs that fit your availability. • Location: Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland (and surrounding areas)
• Pay: $30 per hour
• Schedule: 4-hour shifts, usually weekdays (Mon–Fri)

Responsibilities

• As a Jovie babysitter, you will:
• Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for children
• Engage kids in fun, age-appropriate activities and play
• Assist with routines such as meals, naps, schoolwork, or bedtime prep
• Communicate professionally with parents and Jovie staff
• Ensure a positive and supportive environment for every family

Requirements

• To be considered, candidates must meet the following:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to family assignments
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to get up and down from a sitting position on the floor easily and repeatedly
• Dependable, responsible, and professional in a variety of home settings
