The Education Therapist develops and implements individualized educational goals and treatment plans to enhance the academic levels of patients with brain injuries. They are responsible for testing patients, revising programs based on needs, and reporting progress to families and insurance carriers.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, while a Teaching Credential in Special Education is preferred. Experience working in rehabilitation or with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries is highly desired.
