In Illinois, infant classroom teachers are often sought by centers that need staff with early childhood training, hands-on daycare experience, and the physical ability to support young children safely. These roles can be competitive because employers look for both classroom experience and strong family communication, while benefits like paid time off, parental leave, and dental, vision, and life insurance can matter in the decision. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then tailor your application to highlight infant care experience and any ECE coursework or CDA credentials.
