Signing Bonus

• This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $2,500, paid in installments as follows: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days of employment, and $1,000 after 6 months of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings. Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant and toddler programs provide a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following: Completed 12 Core ECE Units, including 3 Infant Toddler Units OR An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler. 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
