Substitute After-School Teacher

What We Offer

Pay range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour This is an on-call, part-time position based on program needs Location: 25 Corning Avenue Milpitas, CA 95035 Opportunity for career advancement Key Responsibilities: Supervise and engage with elementary students in after-school activities, ensuring a positive and safe environment. Assist students with homework, providing guidance and encouragement. Light sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed. Maintain program rules, policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with elementary-age children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication and organizational skills.
