Market context

Toddler preschool roles stay competitive

In Massachusetts, transitional toddler preschool roles are commonly sought in center-based childcare settings, especially when candidates already hold EEC Infant/Toddler/Preschool certification or a CDA. These positions are competitive because employers often look for hands-on classroom experience plus the physical ability to support active young children throughout the day. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit before applying, then confirm your certification and childcare experience are clearly listed on your resume.
