The Goddard School of Broadview Heights, Ohio is seeking a passionate, experienced Lead and/or Assistant Teachers with the skills and desire to provide children with a nurturing, child centered learning experience!

The Goddard School is an industry-leading child-care center for children from six weeks to six years. At Goddard, children are encouraged to develop at their own pace.. • Here is what we look for in you!
• Lead Teachers, with help from their Assistant Teacher (or co-lead), are responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Health & Safety Quality Assurance standards.
• Our Lead teachers are given weekly lesson planning time outside the classroom.
• Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning.
• We are also happy to work with our teachers daily to ensure they are provided with whatever they need to maintain a healthy work environment, as well as a classroom filled with fun-based learning!
