Lead and Assistant Teachers are responsible for implementing a guided curriculum to build independent skills in children. They must ensure compliance with health and safety standards while creating a positive, fun-based learning environment.
Lead Teachers prefer an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA, while Assistant Teachers require a High School Diploma. Prior childcare experience is preferred but the center is willing to train candidates.
