Required Qualifications

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental differences Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with children and families Patient, dependable, energetic, and positive attitude Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment

Make a meaningful impact by teaching life-saving skills Work one-on-one with swimmers and witness incredible progress Join a mission-driven team dedicated to water safety and inclusion Gain specialized experience working with neurodivergent children Be part of a supportive culture that values compassion, growth, and excellence Every lesson has the potential to save a life.
