Mountain States Early Head Start (MSEHS) is seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Family Consultant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with expectant families and families with infants and toddlers, helping them build strong foundations for lifelong learning and success.
The Family Consultant partners with pregnant women, infants, toddlers, and their families through weekly home visits using a strengths-based, family-centered approach. Family Consultants empower families to identify goals, support children's development, connect with community resources, and promote healthy parent-child relationships.
This role combines relationship building, child development, family support, community engagement, and documentation while working as part of a collaborative Early Head Start team.
