Associate in Training Responsibilities Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers; Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy; Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed; Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment; Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.
