AnthroMed Education is hiring a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school team in White Bear Lake, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you'll work with students across a variety of educational settings, providing individualized speech and language services that promote communication, confidence, and classroom success. Key Responsibilities Complete speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and areas of need Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support IEP goals and educational progress Deliver engaging individual and small-group speech-language therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, fluency, AAC, and other communication needs Utilize evidence-based practices to create meaningful and functional therapy experiences Build positive relationships that encourage student participation, independence, and success Position Highlights Full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year Elementary school setting with a diverse and engaging caseload Collaborative team that values communication and shared problem-solving Strong mentorship and clinical support available throughout the year Access to therapy resources and opportunities for ongoing professional growth
