The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom operations while mentoring other teachers. They must promote the holistic growth of preschool children and maintain strong relationships with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must be able to meet state education requirements and pass a Florida background screening.
