Qualifications

• At least 18 years old + high school diploma/GED and: Teachers ($22-25 per hour DOE) CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 6–12 months experience in a licensed childcare/preschool setting Infant/Toddler Caregivers ($19-21 per hour DOE) 12–24 months experience with children under 3 in a licensed setting Infant/Toddler training (We can provide all required training) Not qualified yet? We may have limited Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour) We even cover the cost of your CDA!
