• Join our Kamaʻāina Kids ʻohana as a Floating Preschool Aide, supporting our Windward preschools in Kailua and Kāneʻohe.
• Kāneʻohe & Kailua Full-Time / Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Up to 40 Hours/Week In this unique role, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team that works across 3 nearby preschool locations, helping classrooms run smoothly wherever you’re needed most.
• One day you might be in Kailua, the next in Kāneʻohe—bringing your positive energy and care to different groups of keiki.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED No professional experience required—we’ll train you! Willing to travel between Kailua and Kāneʻohe locations Reliable and flexible with scheduling We’re Looking for Someone Who: Enjoys working with young children and building connections Is positive, patient, and nurturing Is dependable and willing to jump in where needed Is open to learning and growing in early childhood education Brings energy and teamwork to every classroom Schedule Weekday daytime hours only (no evenings or weekends) Flexible schedule based on program needs 20-40 hours per week (meets eligibility requirements for benefits) Work across multiple sites within the Windward area Pay & Benefits Competitive Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience) $500 Sign-On Bonus College Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) with 6% Company Match Childcare Discounts (50–75% off!)
