The Employment Specialist partners with clients to assist them in obtaining competitive employment. This includes developing employment plans, providing counseling, and supporting clients with job applications and interviews.
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Social Work or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with vulnerable populations. Strong computer skills and experience in vocational counseling are also necessary.
The salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills, and expertise.
Hybrid: 4 days in office/1 day remote
