Market context

Texas nursing faculty roles remain selective

In Texas, mental health nursing faculty roles are typically competitive because schools need instructors who can teach from current clinical practice and meet licensure standards. For this position, the combination of a Texas nursing license, a master’s or doctoral degree, and recent RN instruction experience will matter most. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here against the original posting, then confirm your teaching experience dates and licensure status before applying.
