The Staff Referee is responsible for officiating youth, teen, and adult sporting events while ensuring the safety of all participants. They must enforce game rules, inspect equipment, and maintain professional communication with coaches and parents.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Sports Director or Coordinator, the Staff Referee is responsible for officiating youth, teen or adult sporting events including, but not limited to: baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc. This position requires individuals to monitor play, ensure safety of all coaches and participants.
Essential physical requirements may include the ability to move about the workspace; position oneself as needed (e.g., bending, ); remain in a stationary position; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and communicate and exchange information effectively through verbal, visual, and other means.
