Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices, games, and team activities for the Men's and Women's Track and Field program. Support student-athlete recruitment, retention, and academic progress while ensuring NCAA and university compliance.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of combined coaching or playing experience in Track and Field and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
