Assist in implementing classroom curriculum and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children's growth. Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to manage routines and communicate progress to parents and guardians.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to meet state licensing requirements and obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 30-40 pounds and engaging in active play with children.

Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, lifting, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities. Must be able to lift up to 30–40 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff.
