Lead and manage the Crew program to facilitate the development of both novice and experienced rowers. Responsibilities include recruiting student-athletes and managing all equipment, medical paperwork, and league compliance.

Support the continued growth and development of experienced rowers while also introducing rowing concepts, equipment and technique to novice rowers. Actively recruit student-athletes and attend college-wide events to represent the Crew programs. Assure all equipment; medical paperwork; league compliance forms; practice agendas, game schedules are prepared and completed prior to any form of competition.
Reports to the Associate Director, Athletics. Works under general supervision.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $1,500 to $2,000 per semester. This range reflects base pay only and does not include other potential compensation or benefits.

Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience and the ability to teach essential rowing skills. Strong organizational and communication skills are required to manage practice agendas and team goals.
