This is not a sit-back role. You’ll be actively leading classes, engaging with kids, and building relationships with families every day.

What you’ll do

Lead structured classes for children ages 4 months–12 years Teach gymnastics-based skills using our curriculum (we train you) Keep kids engaged, encouraged, and on track Create a positive, organized, and safe class environment Communicate confidently with parents What we’re looking for:

Strong, positive energy Confidence leading groups of children Reliability and consistency Ability to balance fun with structure Comfortable interacting with parents Great fit for:

Former athletes, dancers, cheerleaders College students (especially education or child development majors) Individuals who naturally take initiative and lead Gymnastics experience is a strong plus, but we will train the right person Schedule: Flexible weekday and evening hours. Weekend availability required. Shifts may include Sunday mornings.
