• Sign-on Bonus - $1,500 Hiring Bonus for external candidates (50% after 90 days of employment and 50% after one year of employment)

What You’ll Do (besides accept toddler hugs daily)

• Create and lead age-appropriate activities that spark imagination and development.
• Build a classroom that’s equal parts safe, clean, and full of joy.
• Observe, assess, and document developmental milestones (first steps are a big deal here).
• Be the anchor of emotional support for little ones navigating their world.
• Team up with fellow teachers and staff to deliver exceptional early childhood education.

Your Superpowers

• Associates degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• At least two years of Early Childhood teaching experience.
• Infant/Toddler staff must also have coursework or training relevant to this age group.

📍Location Assignments: We have openings in the South Suburbs ( Dolton/Ford Heights/ Chicago Heights)
