Observe and assess each child's developmental progress and needs. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and families.
Experience working with infants or in an early childhood education setting. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Passion for nurturing and educating young children. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
