The College of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and the College of Health and Wellness seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Tai Ji instructor who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students. This adjunct faculty position offers the opportunity to contribute to the education of future healthcare professionals by providing instruction in Tai Ji theory and practice within an integrative health and wellness curriculum. The ideal candidate will create an engaging and supportive learning environment that promotes student participation and skill development. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction, facilitating class discussions and learning activities, assessing student performance, grading assignments in a timely manner, and providing constructive feedback to support student success. The adjunct faculty member will draw upon their professional expertise to connect Tai Ji principles and practices to broader concepts of health, wellness, and Chinese medicine, helping students develop both practical skills and a deeper understanding of the discipline. This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible, adjunct faculty position. Work Location: Bloomington, MN in-person Course Assignment Specifics: Tai Ji (0.5 credits per course) This is an established course that is offered in both our Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine program and Massage Therapy program. Syllabus and course content already created.

Engage students with learning activities, collaboration, and student-centered learning Provides students with timely and clear feedback. Effective classroom management and presentations are well planned and organized. Teaches the course to the syllabus and learning outcomes with relevant content and experiences to enhance the learning environment.
