Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for dedicated, high-energy coaches to join our team! We teach fun, engaging soccer classes for children ages 2–9, using our nationally recognized curriculum. If you love working with kids and want a flexible, rewarding part-time job, this could be perfect for you.
What You’ll Do: Lead soccer-themed classes that focus on character development and fun
Connect with children through enthusiasm and creativity (no soccer experience required!)
Communicate effectively with parents, directors, and our leadership team
Use the provided curriculum and equipment to deliver high-quality sessions
Schedule & Pay
Part-time & flexible – schedule around school, family, or other work
Paid training at $15/hr (1–3 weeks, based on availability/learning pace)
After training: $20/hr
Performance raises after two completed seasons for reliable, dedicated coaches What We’re Looking For
Summer and fall availability, we are not hiring just for the summer.

Physically able to run, kneel, squat, and carry equipment (bag with balls, nets, etc.)
