Substitute Preschool Teacher (Part-Time / Flexible Schedule)

We are looking for substitute teachers who enjoy working with children and are available to support our schools on an as-needed basis.

This flexible role allows you to pick up shifts when you’re available while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education.

You may find yourself helping in classrooms with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or pre-K students depending on the needs of the school that day.

No two days are the same as a substitute, but every day you’ll help create a positive, engaging environment where young children can learn, explore, and have fun.

The ideal candidate has specific days of open availability, consistent blocks of morning availability, or consistent blocks of afternoon availability.

CDA, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred but not required) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children ages 0–13 (preferred but not required) Ability to be flexible and available to pick up shifts as needed Comfortable working with different age groups depending on the needs of the school Reliable transportation to travel to assigned school locations when scheduled Willing to train!
