We encourage Career and Professional Development. We welcome candidates from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds, including: High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience working with children in schools, camps, childcare centers, tutoring programs, sports, enrichment programs, or youth organizations is highly preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
