Alta is looking for an experienced, professional Adult Programs Instructor to join our Adult Programs Team!
This is a part time position.

What You’ll Do: Work with Programs Manager and Instructors in order to provide an effective learning experience for each climber; Lead by example--motivate, inspire, and support all Program Participants; Manage the inherent risks involved with climbing; Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including, but not limited to, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose – We climb higher by lifting others.

Your Time Commitment: A minimum of two 2hr shifts per week Attend quarterly staff meetings CPR/AED & First Aid Certification required within 90 days of hire
