• Alta is looking for an experienced, professional Adult Programs Instructor to join our Adult Programs Team!
• This is a part time position.
• The ideal candidate is passionate in what they do and can provide Programs support while working for a fast-growing company.

• What You’ll Do: Work with Programs Manager and Instructors in order to provide an effective learning experience for each climber; Lead by example--motivate, inspire, and support all Program Participants; Manage the inherent risks involved with climbing; Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including, but not limited to, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose – We climb higher by lifting others.

Requirements

Your Time Commitment: A minimum of two 2hr shifts per week Attend quarterly staff meetings CPR/AED & First Aid Certification required within 90 days of hire

Employee Conduct

The Adult Programs Coach is a “safety sensitive” position and requires the employee to be drug free. Pre-employment drug tests will be performed for all employees. Violations will result in non-compensated suspension or dismissal.
