Teaching Assistant Job Purpose Under the direction of the Lead Teacher and Principal, the Teaching Assistant will support the academic success and character development of all scholars in the assigned classroom and/or grade level. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with scholars, parents, and school administration to develop individual teaching and classroom management skills.
