Our Head Start program is seeking a Floating Head Start Teacher to serve as a full-time substitute teacher, providing instructional leadership and classroom support at our centers in Berwick, Benton, and Bloomsburg.

Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related Human Services field, OR Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related Human Services field. 2+ years of experience working with young children preferred Strong knowledge of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly kneel, bend, stoop, reach, and sit on the floor while engaging with children. Must pass a physical exam and background checks. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly between Berwick, Benton, and Bloomsburg locations.
