• Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators!
• Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond.
• As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will support multiple preschool classrooms and inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.
• What You’ll Do: Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
• Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded High School Diploma or GED. 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. Completed State required 45-Hour DCF training preferred. A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
