The Lead Teacher implements the CDC-selected curriculum to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. Responsibilities include preparing weekly lesson plans, documenting developmental progress, and communicating regularly with parents.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, special education, or elementary education with 15 credits in early childhood education. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is required.
Positions are currently available at our Downtown, Roosevelt, and Cascade locations.
The Lead Teacher will instruct children in activities designed to positively promote social, physical, and intellectual growth while providing a safe and comfortable environment where children can have the opportunity to develop the necessary cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills that will aid in success in their educational future.
