Each preschool classroom throughout our Child Development Centers is staffed by a Lead Teacher and an Educational Aide to support full-day learning for children ages three to five. The Educational Aide spends the majority of the day supporting a Lead Teacher within one of our centers before or after transitioning to or from one of our extended care locations, which serves children in Grades K-5 across 10 elementary schools within the Millcreek Township School District or Erie Catholic School System.
In our centers and partnering elementary schools, the Educational Aide supports the implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster each child’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
